The Coastal Pandanus Expression Coffin features a fabulous beach scene, fringed with Pandanus palms with distant mountains. The Pandanus (Pandanus Tectorius) grows in coastal regions, around mangrove margins and beaches, from sea level to elevations of 600m. Commonly known as the Thatch Screwpine, it is well adapted to grow in the many soil types and is salt and wind tolerant. Many people associate the Pandanus with fine summer days at the beach.

They are beautiful art pieces and also functional ashes containers.
The felt covered urn base is simply removed for insertion of the ashes inside.

We offset our use of natural materials by operating our Memorial Tree Program. When you purchase one of our coffins, a memorial tree will be planted on your behalf.
The tree will be planted by the Men of the Trees society, who are a non-profit, non-political group dedicated to the reforestation, maintenance and protection of trees in Australia. Your funeral director will supply you with a certificate explaining the Memorial Tree Program.
